The Nassaukerk is a Protestant church in the Staatsliedenbuurt.

Built in 1926 after a competition won by the architect H.G. Krijgsman (1881-1941).

The design had to harmonize with the existing housing block and be built

on the last available building plot. At the rear of the church, the

district classrooms and the integrated housing part of the building.

The church is square and built in the Amsterdam school style.

The copper-covered tower is 25 meters high and the clock donated

by the Amsterdam city council. The church can accommodate approximately

900 people and is richly decorated for a protestant church.
